1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to bookings of the 1:1 Design Call on daradiant.com. The provider is Dania Raquel dos Santos Lima, Daradiant Interiors, Rua Vale de Cubas 7, 3100-373 Pombal, Portugal, NIF 280838425, hello@daradiant.com. Projects within the Full Interior Design Service are agreed separately, with their own quote.
2. The service
The 1:1 Design Call is a personal video consultation with Dania Lima on Google Meet, 60 minutes long, about one room of your choice. You receive concepts and concrete recommendations, for example on layout, colour and material directions, and after the call a summary with renderings by email. The call can be held in English, German or Portuguese.
The Design Call is advice only. You carry out the work yourself. It does not include planning, permit or engineering services that are reserved for licensed architects or engineers.
3. Booking and contract
On the Design Call page you choose a free time, enter your details and continue to payment. By clicking “Continue to payment” you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as your payment has gone through, and you receive a confirmation with the Google Meet link by email. Until you pay, we hold the time for you for 31 minutes.
4. Price and payment
The price is €99 (VAT exempt under article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code (CIVA)). You pay when you book, by card through Stripe, also with Apple Pay or Google Pay. There are no other costs.
5. Cancelling and moving the call
You can cancel with the link in your confirmation email. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start, the €99 are refunded automatically and in full. To move the call, cancel and book a new time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start, your statutory right of withdrawal applies (section 7): if you cancel within 14 days of booking and before the call begins, we treat it as a withdrawal and refund the full price, just write to hello@daradiant.com. In all other cases, and if you do not attend without cancelling, the price is not refunded.
If we have to cancel, for example because of illness, we refund the full price or offer you a new time if you prefer. If you join late, the call still ends at the booked time.
6. What we need from you
To make the hour count, send your floor plan, photos and inspiration beforehand to hello@daradiant.com. For the call you need a device with camera, microphone and a stable internet connection. Only send material you are allowed to share.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. How it works and when it ends early is explained on the right of withdrawal page, together with the model withdrawal form.
8. Using the results
You may freely use the concepts, drawings and renderings from the Design Call for your own project. Please ask us before publishing them or passing them on commercially. We only show results from your call with your consent.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Recommendations from the call do not replace checks by professionals on site, for example of structure, electrics, fire safety or permits. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Complaints and disputes
Please write to us first at hello@daradiant.com, we almost always find a solution. You can also use the Portuguese electronic complaints book, the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico, or turn to the Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (CNIACC).
12. Applicable law and language
Portuguese law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you usually live. These terms exist in English, German and Portuguese, the language in which you booked prevails.
